The report was introduced by the Interim Chief Executive who clarified that there would be other regular meetings added to the calendar nearer the end of the year but that the Local Plan Review meeting dates could not be identified this far in advance and would not be added to the list.

The motion as set out in the report was moved, seconded, put to the vote and carried.

RESOLVED:

To approve the Calendar of Meetings for 2023 as set out in Appendix 1 of the report.
