This Item was withdrawn[KJ1]  and deferred to a later committee following a request by the applicant and agent as they were unable to attend this meeting and wished to be present to represent their case in support of the application.

 

 [KJ1]CHECK My understanding of this was that it had been deferred because both the applicant and his agent were away and unable to come and represent themselves at the meeting??
