Exempt Information S100(A) Local Government Act 1972

 

The Authority is asked to consider, in respect of the exempt item, whether the public should be excluded from the meeting to avoid the disclosure of Exempt Information.

 

Draft Motion:

 

That the public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of Agenda Items Nos. 13 and14 to avoid the disclosure of Exempt Information under S100 (A)(4) Local Government Act 1972, Schedule 12A, Paragraph 4: "Information relating to any consultations or negotiations, or contemplated consultations or negotiations, in connection with any labour relations matter arising between the Authority or a Minister of the Crown and employees of, or office holders under, the Authority", Paragraph 3 “Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information” and Paragraph 5 “Information in respect of which a claim to legal professional privilege could be maintained in legal proceedings”.
