Minutes:

It was noted that this application had been presented to the June meeting of the Committee where the Director of Planning had been delegated been authorised to approve the application subject to design and siting changes. Following the meeting the agent had advised the Authority that the applicant was unwilling to incorporate the changes. The application was therefore brought back to the Committee for determination.

RESOLVED

 

To REFUSE the application for the following reason:

 

1.         Because of the scale of the proposed development and its proximity to the neighbouring fence it would be overbearing and have a negative impact on the neighbouring property and neighbourhood amenity.
