The Monitoring and Enforcement Manager gave the following updates:

Midfield, Kettleshulme – Regular visits were taking place and, while there had not been as much progress as officers had hoped, there was evidence that work had been carried out in an attempt to clear the site

Home Farm, Sheldon – In light of recent unauthorised excavations on site a temporary stop notice had been issued, which was valid for 28 days

Members suggested that future quarterly reports could contain more information on cases that had not been identified as high priority to give a fuller picture of the work of the enforcement team and celebrate successes.
