RESOLVED:

 

That the application be REFUSED for the following reason.

 

1.

The  proposed  development  would  have  an  adverse  visual  impact  and  harm  the scenic beauty of the National Park's landscape and the setting of the Curbar Conservation Area contrary to Core Strategy policies GSP1, GSP2, GSP3, L1 and L3, saved Local Plan policies LC4, LC5 and LH5 and the National Planning Policy Framework.
