To APPROVE the application subject to the following conditions:
1. Statutory time limit for implementation.
2. In accordance with specified approved plans.
3. Design conditions to ensure matching traditional materials for the walls, roof, windows and doors, conservation roof lights and pipework.
4. Removal of permitted development rights.
