Full Application - Demolition of existing garage and erection of double garage with store at Pear Tree Cottage, Main Street, Calver, S32 3XR

It was noted that members had visited the site on the previous day.

 

The Planning Officer introduced the report. 

 

A motion to approve the application was moved, seconded, put to the vote and carried.

 

The Officer confirmed that condition 13 would be amended to include details of timing and an additional condition would be added to cover lighting.

 

RESOLVED:

 

To APPROVE the application subject to the following conditions:

 

  1. 3 year implementation period.

 

  1. Development to be carried out in accordance with specified amended plans.

 

  1. First floor to be ancillary domestic storage use only and not to be rented out.

 

  1. Limestone walls to match adjacent stable block.

 

  1. Blue slate roof to match adjacent stable block.

 

  1. Timber windows, doors and timber vertically boarded garage doors.

 

  1. Windows and doors recessed.

 

  1. Conservation rooflights flush with roof.

 

  1. Black metal balustrade to staircase.

 

  1. Natural stone lintels and sills.

 

  1. Ground floor garage area for parking of vehicles only

 

  1. Permitted development rights removed.

 

  1. A scheme shall be provided to set out measures proposed to address policy CC1.
  2. A scheme shall be provided regarding any proposed external lighting of the site.
