Moscar Cross Road

Point to note from Louise, as updated by Mike Rhodes, that there has been approval for the seasonal TRO at Moscar Cross Roads.  This relates to 4 x 4s, but not motorbikes.  However, activity will be monitored, and if needed, the TRO may be further extended.
