Minutes:
Mike Rhodes introduced the DCC RoWIP update to the LAF as Gilll Millward was not present at the meeting.
It is anticipated that Rob Greatorex from the DCC Highways Team will attend the October LAF.
Action: That any questions relating to the report be deferred to the next meeting
