That the application be APPROVED subject to the following conditions / modifications:

Statutory time limit

 

2.

To be carried out in accordance with the submitted plans

 

3.

Restrict use to microbrewery within B2 Use Class (General Industrial)

 

4.

Noise restriction at boundary of site

 

5.

Odour limit at boundary of site

 

6.

Restrict times of opening and deliveries

 

7.

Retain existing parking and manoeuvring space
