Same comment as for the planning application:

You might wish to amend the reference to 'pubic house' in para 3 of this report......

I support the recommendation.

However I am concerned at the vagueness of the recording conditions, e.g. 3 & 6, which give no detail as to methods to be employed; PDNPA is not an archive facility so where will the record be stored etc.  There needs to be a tighter requirement, e.g. that a written scheme of investigation (WSI) is submitted to the Authority for approval prior to any works commencing​, so that all the detail of how and what and where can be clearly defined, for everyone's benefit.
