Members and Meetings
Due to the current Coronavirus restrictions meetings of the Authority and its Committees have been suspended until further notice.
During this period the Chief Executive will be using her Emergency Delegation to make decisions that can not wait until meetings resume. Details of any decisions that will be made under this delegation will be published 5 working days before the decision is to be made to allow you to make representations.
If you wish to make represesentations you should email them to firstname.lastname@example.org before 12 noon on the Wedneday before the decision is due to be made. Please get in touch if you need more information.

Committee meeting information
Here you can see information regarding Authority and Committee meetings. You can find the agendas, minutes of previous meetings, as well as the officer reports considered during discussions. Information is also provided on dates of future meetings, and issues that will be discussed in future.
How to get involved
By registering as a user it is also possible to subscribe to updates in order to receive information via e-mail regarding particular issues and Authority and Committee meetings.
Every year the Authority makes appointments to a number of outside bodies. Here you can find the contact deatils for the Authority’s representatives on outside bodies and forums that are independent from the Authority.
Information regarding the decisions taken by the Authority and its Committees , as well as a limited number of officer delegated decisions taken by officers which the Authority is required to publish.
